
Five-minute Chocolate Cake for people with allergies

Here is a chocolate cake recipe that is egg/milk free. Great for anyone who is egg allergic or milk allergic!
Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. unsifted flour
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1 T. lemon juice (or 1 tsp. vinegar)
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1 c. cold water
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix ingredients in order given. Pour batter into ungreased square 8 inch cake pan.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
- Frost or serve plain with ice cream. A double recipe is about right for a bundt pan, for a more festive looking cake.
